On 22nd February 2022, I was delighted to receive a message via my DronesDeep facebook page. The message was from Lee Desty, a singer, songwriter from Hampshire.
He informed me that he had a new song on his new album called Reculver Morning. He went on to say that he had found my Reculver Sunrise YouTube video and would like to use the footage in his music video.
I was very happy to dig out the RAW footage from my archives for his music video editor to use. It wasn’t until 7th April, 2022, that I received another massage from Lee to say that his music video was now live on YouTube.
I really enjoyed listening to the song and noticed that not all the footage on the final cut was actually mine. But I would say that at least 60% of the footage is mine. You can find more Lee Detsy videos on his YouTube channel.
I actually remember shooting this content. If my memory serves me correctly, it was the first time I visited Reculver Towers with the DJI Mini 2. I had previously shot content there using my Mavic Mini 1 and DJI Phantom 2+.
